2. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, algorithms, scoring systems (including but not limited to Spread Score and ranking logic), user interface design, and underlying methodologies, is the exclusive property of Groulx Consulting.

Refunds are only provided if the Software fails to perform its core advertised functions (such as data retrieval or calculation systems), and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.
